As chocolates belong to the food category, we have a general no-return policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As written in our terms of use, any merchandise purchased on our site will be shipped by a third-party carrier (Japan Post). As a result, title to, and any damages and risk of loss of these goods will be transferred to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Therefore, Choco from Japan cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery. Choco from Japan also cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
