☀️KitKats in the summer
Our chocolates are stored in temperature-controlled conditions below 20°C, and we use refrigerated trucks to transport them to the airport to help protect their quality.
However, once the shipment leaves Japan, we no longer have control over the temperature conditions during international transport. If chocolates are exposed to temperatures of 28°C or higher for an extended period, they may soften or partially melt.
For this reason, if your country experiences high temperatures during the summer season, we recommend avoiding orders during that period. If you choose to order during hot weather, we strongly recommend placing the chocolates in the refrigerator for at least one hour before opening the package.
Please note that temporary softening or melting will not affect the taste or quality of the chocolates.
Due to the nature of this product and international shipping conditions, we are unable to accept returns or refunds caused by chocolate melting during transit.
